2019 is set to be sensational as arguably the most famous choir in the world, the Choir of King’s College, Cambridge makes an eagerly awaited return in a poignant year that marks the farewell performances of Stephen Cleobury after 37 years as the group’s Director of Music. Also an exceptional event is the appearance of legendary American ensemble the Emerson String Quartet on its first visit to Australia in 19 years.

The rest of the season comprises stunning Australian debut appearances, headed by rising superstars the Skride Piano Quartet, thrilling British cellist Natalie Clein, early music French ensemble Nevermind and the ZOFO piano duet presenting an awe-inspiring multimedia.
